    What You Need to Bring:  Sun Screen, hat, sun glasses, bottled water; water
    shoes and - YOU WILL GET WET so... Wear a bathing suit or something you
    won't mind getting wet in or bring a change of clothing.

WINTER ACTIVITIES

Winter Walks and pool exercises
During the winter we have 1- 3 miles walk on the canal in Kingston
then go out for lunch.  If the weather do not allow us to walk, we will
go swimming at an indoor pool and have pizza for lunch!
