On South Post Road side of lake What You Need to Bring: Sun Screen, hat, sun glasses, bottled water; water shoes and - YOU WILL GET WET so... Wear a bathing suit or something you won't mind getting wet in or bring a change of clothing. Practice Schedule Winter Walks and pool exercises During the winter we have 1- 3 miles walk on the canal in Kingston then go out for lunch. If the weather do not allow us to walk, we will go to a indoor pool and have pizza for lunch!
